A very high quality balsamic vinegar (8 year old) from Modena.

Superb flavour, relatively thick consistency, ideal for use in salads, grated carrot- it will transform them into something special!

We have tried many balsamic vinegars right up to the very expensive 25 year old traditional balsamics, and in taste to quality to price ratio rank this one of the best we have tried.

It is only middling thick but above all it is the taste, which is lovely!
