Lovely depth of flavour, very well balanced, the sauternes wine adds a hint of sweetness.
Delicious enjoyed on warm toast, baguette or any good quality French bread.

Pork meat and pork fat, chicken liver, duck meat, water, Sauternes wine (contains sulphites), salt, onions, garlic, pepper, spices, chilli, marjoram, thyme, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and coriander.
