A superb duck terrine prepared with smoky duck magret (fillet) and one of our favourites.
The result is immensely satisfying with great depth of flavour, richness, a nice lingering tase and hint of smokiness from the magret.
Enjoy on warm toast or with any good quality bread served at room temperature.
