About this product

Featured for well over a decade as part of our Christmas offering, the outstanding, moist and beautifully presented artisanal panettone Piemontese prepared for us by Gilber in Turin!

Gilber are a well-known artisanal producer, and their Panettone are superb (the aroma hits you when you open the outer wrapping) – very fresh, moist, filled with candied fruits and have a very pleasant flavour – the outside is glazed with whole nuts and almonds.

Ingredients

WHEAT flour, sultanas 20%, BUTTER, EGG yolk, sugar, frosting (sugar, EGG white, HAZELNUTS 9%, ground rice), candied citrus peel 7% (orange, citron, lemon, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), natural leavening (WHEAT flour, water), inverted sugar syrup, decoration ALMONDS 2%, emulsifier, salt, natural orange flavouring. May contain traces of PEANUTS, SOYA, PISTACHIO.
