Preserved whole extra truffles, with their appealing regular shape, can be kept for several years unopened and enjoyed in any season. With their pleasant shape, they are perfect for use in sophisticated dishes which will be enhanced by the truffle’s unique flavour. The whole black truffle should be very gradually heated to unleash all its flavour into your dish.

Best added to your dish just prior to serving and do not apply too much heat as this destroys their delicate flavour
