One of the most reputed French fish soups prepared by Perard in Le Touquet – high in fish content, gluten free, and superb flavour.
Perard fish soup was awarded “Label Rouge” status a few years ago – a sort of order of merit for high quality fine foods in their field.
Makes a delicious French starter or light main for one and you can also add pieces of fish or prawns, mussels , to make a sort of bouillabaisse … very enjoyable!
Simply warm up gently in a saucepan and enjoy! Goes well with croutons and rouille and optional grated Emmental cheese.
Perard fish soup is gluten free. 2 years life unopen.
Water, Fish 40%, Tomato, Maize Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Natural Flavourings, Saffron, Fine Herbs.
Store in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.

Simply warm in a saucepan and serve with croutons and rouille.
If you enjoy cheese a little grated Emmental goes well too.
And if you rub fresh garlic into your croutons it will taste even better.
You can also add white fish and seafood to your soup to make a type of simple bouillabaisse which is delicious and visually appealing when you have family and friends round.
