    Two roasted quails flambé with Armagnac, delicately simmered in a delicious sauce with foie gras and grapes: a refined recipe for an elegant dinner.

    Heat in traditional oven (180c for 20-25 minutes) –  Serve hot, accompanied by white rice or polenta to absorb the delicious sauce.

    Like all the Godard specialities – two things standout in this dish – the quality of the meat – and the phenomenal taste of the sauce.
