A delicious bisque de homard (lobster bisque) prepared by La Belle Iloise in the fishing port of Quiberon in Brittany.
When you open the tin, the smell is really appetising, and the flavour (even tasted cold!) very fine and wonderfully balanced.
The dominant notes of this delicious lobster bisque are seafood, white wine and a background note of vegetables. An outstanding recipe and makes a delicious starter for two for a special French meal.
