Absolutely delicious if you enjoy pork! And very much an artisanal product!
A flavoursome traditional French speciality from South West France – pork knuckle cooked in it’s own broth.
Serve cold (it will be solid with the pork and jelly and you just slice a piece) with roast potatoes or French fries – the jelly has a delicious flavour, and we found ourselves eating this by the teaspoon, when we sampled this!
Also works well with some gherkins and a little bit of French Dijon mustard!
Pork knuckle, salt, Armagnac, pepper.
Store in a cool dry place up to 2 years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
