A very good quality duck confit from South West France.
Each tin contains four duck legs and will make for a delicious French meal at home!
It’s worth placing your tin of confit de canard at room temperature a couple of hours before use to loosen the duck fat so it’s easier to remove the duck legs from the tin.
Once done remove from tin brushing off any excess fat and place in an oven dish.
Pre-heat oven to 180c and place your confit in an oven for circa 25 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
Confit goes well with roast potatoes, a side salad, lentils, cassoulet beans, braised red cabbage …

Confit can be stored in a cupboard 3 years. Once opened store in fridge and consume within 3 days.
