Tender chunks of veal simmered in a creamy sauce with plenty of vegetables! A very tasty dish.
Simply warm up gently in a saucepan to enjoy a delicious French meal for one person (a generous portion) or two smaller appetites.
If you did want a side dish, rice or mashed potatoes go very well to absorb the sauce.
