A very flavoursome organic French ratatouille cooked in olive oil and with a hint of Espelette pepper.
To prepare, pour contents into a saucepan and warm gently for 10 minutes.
A very enjoyable (and healthy!) side dish to go with any form or roast, or fish dish. Also goes well with omelette. It’s really good!
