A really very enjoyable mirabelle plum jam from Lorraine in France!
Description and tasting note? A very very good flavour mirabelle, the texture is lovely as their are whole pieces of mirabelle inside, the jam has a nice and open texture and is not too set, it is sweet (mirabelle plums are), but not overly.
Delicious enjoyed on toast, stirred into yoghurt …
We don’t have so many in stock as this was just a test – but now we know how good it is, we plan to feature this a permanent part of the range!
And the jar size is just right – at 370g there is plenty of it, but not to the point that it will just sit in your fridge forever.
Organic Mirabelle plums from Lorraine, organic cane sugar, fruit pectin, organic lemon juice. May contain plum stone fragments.
