Karyatis seafood salad contains tender morsels of shellfish and crustaceans including squid, baby octopus, cuttlefish, mussels and prawns dressed with sunflower oil and wine vinegar with a hint of parsley and garlic.
A few drops of fresh lemon juice do not go amiss!
Another way to enjoy this is to add the contents (less the oil which you just drain away) to pasta and tomato sauce, to re-create a passably good seafood pasta!
