A very enjoyable speciality – beef meatballs cooked in a flavoursome tomato and aubergine based sauce.
To enjoy this dish, simply pour contents into a saucepan and warm gently.
Goes well with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice, pasta dishes (in which case you can stir the warmed up contents into your pasta) … anything to absorb the tasty sauce.
