Perard Crab Soup - Soupe De Crabe

Perard crab soup is one of our favourites in the Perard soup range with a great balance and depth of crab flavour – it tastes delicious and is one of the best crab soups you are likely to try and makes a very enjoyable starter for three, or light main for two. Simply pour your crab soup into a saucepan and warm gently until hot and serve with fried bread croutons (you can rub them with garlic), rouille and even grated Emmental, Comte or Gruyere cheese.
