We have brought these pure butter sables biscuits (the closest French equivalent to all butter shortbread) with gifting in mind due to their lovely presentations.
But perhaps just as – or more – importantly, when we tasted them, we were really pleased – they taste delicious, are full of butter, crunchy in texture – just lovely biscuits – and the presentations are smart and look the part!
