A typical Basque recipe prepared with pieces of veal cooked in Basquaise style sauce (onions, tomatoes, peppers) with rice to go with it. And just a hint of Espelette pepper.
Presented in a microwave tray, which just requires 2 minutes warming in a microwave (remember to pierce the lid with a fork). Alternatively you can place the tray in a bain marie (saucepan of simmering water) for 8 minutes (in which case don’t pierce the lid!).
