A delicious and very tasty Guinea-fowl Fricassee prepared with guinea-fowl legs and Paris mushrooms, simmered in a cream and white wine sauce – serves three good appetites or four smaller appetites comfortably!
Simply warm up in an oven (180g for 20 minutes) and serve with either boiled potatoes or fresh egg tagliatelle.
We’ve tried many French dishes and rate this very highly and better than what you will be served in many a restaurant – the meat is tender and tasty, and the wine sauce is like something you would expect to taste in a French family run restaurant in Province.
