A tasty pork cassoulet prepared with pork, one Toulouse sausage cooked in a flavoursome lingot bean sauce.
To prepare, simply place the tray (pierce the lid with a fork) in a microwave for 2 minutes.
You can also prepare these cassoulet by placing the tray in boiling water for 8 minutes (in which case don’t pierce the lid).
Cassoulet also goes well with a side salad.
