A special selection wild salmon roe (keta) from wild catch, on the way to their spawning grounds in Alaskan waters. We’ve tried many salmon eggs over the years, and these are exceptional and as good as they get – a real treat and good alternative to caviar!

Our wild Salmon Roe has a wonderful and very appetising red/ orange colour, with large eggs that burst in the mouth, flooding the senses with flavours of the ocean.

Do be aware that there are various different types of Red Caviar. This example is Keta which is derived from the Chum Salmon. Keta is widely regarded as the very best Red Caviar.
