A delicious and very tasty Guinea-fowl Fricassee prepared with brown guinea-fowl legs and Paris mushrooms, simmered in a cream sauce and Monbazillac white wine.

We’ve tried many French dishes and rate this as simply delicious! The meat is tender and tasty, and the wine sauce is like something you would expect to taste in a French family run restaurante in Province.

Simply warm up in an oven (180g for 20 minutes) and serve with either boiled potatoes or fresh egg tagliatelle.
