A speciality from Puglia in Southern Italy, little known in the UK, but strangely addictive when you try one!
Taralli are a sort of savoury biscuit prepared with flour, olive oil, and in this case fennel seeds – the texture is dry and crumbly, and very satisfying to bite into!
Serve with olives, cocktails, antipasti, mezes, cheese …
Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, wine (contains SULFITES), salt, fennel seeds 1%.
May contain traces of SESAME seeds and LACTOSE.
Seal pack after use and store in a cool dry cupboard to avoid your taralli becoming damp.
