Our supreme is cooked from whole langoustes (spiny lobster) and fresh vegetables, all enhanced by a little white wine and a touch of cognac.
Made with 100% natural ingredients, no thickeners, and very slightly spiced.
One 400g tin serves two as a delicious French starter and goes well with rouille.
Can also be used as a sauce to cook white fish and shellfish in.

Cooking Preparation Tips
Simply warm up gently in a saucepan.
You can also add fried bread croutons, rouille and grated Emmental to this dish.
As well as a little single cream.
