Alternatively simply add olive oil and some tomato/ basil sauce.

Another way to enjoy this excellent pasta is to chop some sweet cherry tomatoes in halves, add plenty of olive oil over them, some coarse sea salt, chopped basil, crushed garlic and a few chilli flakes, and stir into your pasta (once it has been cooked).

Cooking Preparation Tips

Add your pasta to a large saucepan of salted boiling water and cook until al dente (cooked but still slightly firm) and then drain and season.
