Perard Fish Soup: Water, Fish 40%, Tomato, Maize Starch, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Natural Flavourings, Saffron, Fine Herbs.

Rouille: Rapeseed oil, water, garlic puree, salt, pepper, sugar, spices, modified starch, gum arabic, xanthan gum, tara gum, caraboxyméthylcellulose.

Croutons: Fried bread croutons made with wheat flour (gluten), fried in sunflower oil.

Cooking Preparation Tips

Simply pour your soup into a saucepan and warm gently.

Serve with croutons and rouille to taste.

To bring the croutons to life rub a garlic clove across them before adding to the soup.

Some people enjoy adding a little grated Emmental to the soup too.
