A very tasty and enjoyable Provencal fish soup prepared by La Belle – Iloise. The aroma when you open the tin is delicious and the taste is superb. Exceptionally good!
A Mediterranean-style fish soup flavoured with fennel (you can really taste this) and Herbes de Provence.
La Belle Iloise have a very strong reputation (and not without reason) in France for preparing very high quality seafood specialities (tinned fish, soups … )
Simply open tin, pour into a saucepan, heat gently … and enjoy! Makes a very enjoyable starter for two. Delicious as it is or serve with croutons and rouille.
