Cooking Preparation Tips
Simply requires warming gently in a saucepan until hot.
Best enjoyed with Perard rouille and croutons (rubbed with garlic).
Another good way to enjoy Perard crab soup is to make your own bouillabaisse.
To prepare simply add pieces of white fish and shellfish when the soup is hot and cook them in the soup for 5 minutes taking care not to overcook them.
