A tasty and 100% natural dish from South West France and satisfying meal for one person.
Some very flavoursome duck sausage cooked in a lentil and vegetable sauce with just a hint of Espelette chilli pepper to liven up the whole! It’s worth noting the lentil sauce itself has a lovely taste!
To enjoy this dish, simply pour the contents into a saucepan and warm gently.
