An appetising seafood aroma when we opened the jar – very pleasant texture, it tastes of skate, and in the background spinach – we could not taste the caper. A few drops of lemon juice really bring this alive.
Best enjoyed on finely sliced and lightly toasted bread, with a few drops of lemon juice and perhaps a side salad.
Storage:
Store in a cupboard up to a year. Once open store in a fridge and consume within one week.
