|Storage:||Tin can be stored unopen 3 years. Once open consume at once.|
Whole duck, duck fat, salt.
Leave the tin in tepid water or at room temperature until the duck fat is soft.
Remove the whole duck from the tin and brush of excess duck fat (you can keep the duck fat in a fridge and use it to roast vegetables)
Place your duck in oven and cook at 200c for about 25 min until it’s golden brown.
Serve with oven roasted potatoes
If you time and know how to, an orange sauce works wonderfully with this dish!
