The traditional Aioli (French garlic mayonnaise), which you can add to the Perard soup range to add garlicky flavour.
Aioli also works very well with fish and shellfish.
Rapeseed oi, water, garlic, egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper, salt, sugar, hot pepper.
Store at room temperature. Once open, store in a fridge and consume within one week.
