Description

A delicate and juicy lamb glace, perfect for your lamb dishes – a sweet yet meaty glace with an intense roasted lamb taste.

One tub will last for many many recipes as it’s a concentrate and can stored in a fridge (once open) over a year – a very useful kitchen staple! Once you try it you’ll find yourself using it in all sorts of ways

Essential Cuisine lamb glace (a heavily reduced and richly flavoured lamb stock) will add tremendous depth of flavour your dishes in seconds.

How To Use Essential Cuisine Lamb Glace?

Dilute with very hot/ boiling water to use instead of lamb stock for a richer tasting stock (it’s extraordinary how good the stock tastes for so little work!), incorporate into stews …

You can also add lamb glace to marinades to intensify the chicken flavour, glaze meat with it (i.e brush it with the glaze).

Ingredients

Lamb Stock (Water, lamb extract, vegetable juices (carrot, garlic, onion, leek), maltodextrin, yeast extracts, salt, flavourings, dextrose.
