Another very enjoyable tinned fish speciality by La Belle Iloise – in fact it’s really enjoyable!
Pieces of mackerel seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, herbs and lemon. The overall flavour and balance of taste is very good – the first flavour to hit you is the mackerel, then the herb seasoning with a hint of lemon/ citrus.
Works well on some finely sliced lightly toasted bread with a side green salad.
Mackerel fillets 50%, extra virgin olive oil, onions 11.9%, lemon juice 6,1%, tomatoes 4,7%, herbes de Provence 1,8%, manioc flour, salt, herbs, Menton lemon 0,6%, spices.
