|Shelf Life:||1- 2 months (depending on batch) stored at 0 - 4c but even better stored at minus 2c-0c. We don’t recommend you store caviar your in a domestic fridge for more than 4-5 weeks as it will lose in freshness of flavour and the taste can become flat.|

Borax, also known as Sodium borate, is a form of salt that is traditionally used in caviar production. It helps in the preservation process, improves consistency and also enhances the flavour.
