A ready to use French shallot and red wine sauce.
The perfect addition to meat, poultry, and game dishes.
Heating Instructions:
45 seconds in a microwave dish or pour into a saucepan and warm gently until hot and then pour over main dish.
One jar will typically be enough for a four portion recipe.
Red wine 52% (contains sulphites), water, butter, shallot 6,5%, modified corn and potato starches, sunflower oil, honey, poultry stock, (water, poultry concentrate, red wine, beef extract, carrot, onion, leek, cognac, garlic, thyme, rosemary), salt, thyme, pepper, thickener: xanthan gum.
Storage:
Store in a cupboard. Once open, store in a fridge and use within 2 days.
