A ready to use French peppercorn sauce made with fresh cream and black pepper.
The perfect addition to meat, poultry, rice, pasta and vegetables.
Heating Instructions:
45 seconds in a microwave dish or pour into a saucepan and warm gently until hot and then pour over main dish.
One jar will typically be enough for a four portion recipe.
Fresh cream 34,6%, water, crushed tomato, white wine, white port, poultry stock (water, poultry concentrate, red wine, beef extract, carrot, onion, leek, cognac, garlic, thyme, rosemary), cognac, thickeners: modified starch and xanthan gum, shallot, salt, black pepper 1%, sunflower oil, sugar. Contains milk and sulphites.
Storage:
Store in a cupboard. Once open, store in a fridge and use within 2 days.
