A ready to use French Hollandaise mushroom sauce made with butter and lemon juice!
The perfect addition to meat, poultry, rice, pasta and vegetables.
45 seconds in a microwave dish or pour into a saucepan and warm gently until hot and then pour over main dish.
One jar will typically be enough for a four portion recipe.
Water, butter 12%, cream 12%, shallot, reconstituted egg yolk 7% (egg yolk powder, water), white wine (contains sulphites), white wine vinegar, thickener: modified starch, salt, lemon juice, white pepper, natural flavour, thickener: xanthan gum. This product contains milk and egg.
Store in a cupboard. Once open, store in a fridge and use within 2 days.
