A ready to use French béarnaise sauce made with shallot, butter and tarragon.
Perfectly emphasises the flavour of meat, fish, rice and vegetables.
This sauce is ready to be used and can be served warm or cold.
Heating Instructions:
45 seconds in a microwave dish or pour into a saucepan and warm gently until hot and then pour over main dish.
One jar will typically be enough for a four portion recipe.
Water, butter 22%, cream, white and red wine vinegar, shallots 6.9%, reconstituted egg yolk 6.9%, salt, modified corn starch, thickener: xanthan gum. antioxidant: rosemary extract, tarragon essential oil, pepper.
Storage:
Store in a cupboard. Once open, store in a fridge and use within 2 days.
