Fine slices of goose magret smoked with Beech wood.
Prepared using top quality goose breasts, the meat is then salted, smoked with Beech wood, and then air dried for a few weeks.

Cooking Preparation Tips
Remove package from fridge 30 minutes prior to eating.
Serve on toasted bread, in a mixed salad and/ or with dried fruit (apricots/ prunes … ) after placing it a few minutes in the oven.
