To enjoy, open the tin and pour contents into a saucepan – warm gently – and enjoy! La Belle – Iloise recommend diluting the soup with water. We have tried this and personally disagree and feel it’s best just as it is.
You can also add croutons and rouille, but this not necessary as the flavour is so good.
It’s also worth mentioning the Belle Iloise fish soup range is gluten free, low in calories for such a delicious dish, and contains no sugar. And it’s 100% natural and preservative free!

Storage:
You can store your Belle - Iloise fish soup tin in a cupboard. Once open we recommend using it in one serving, although it can be stored in a fridge up to 3 days.
