Pour cassoulet into an oven proof dish and heat in a pre-heated oven 180c for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
Or if pushed for time simply warm gently in a saucepan.
If you have more time, gently fry an onion or shallot and add this to your cassoulet. It makes it even tastier! A few pieces of chorizo sausage will also add great flavour to your cassoulet.
