Made by alternating layers of Mascarpone and mild Gorgonzola.
It’s texture is a superb combination of a smooth, dense cream from the Mascarpone, and solid, creamy veined Gorgonzola layers.
The flavour is sweet with buttery notes.
50% Gorgonzola PDO (pasteurized cow’s ilk, salt, rennet): 50% mascarpone (cream, pasteurised cows milk, acidity regulator).
Store in a fridge at circa 4c.
