A very high quality semi – fresh goose foie gras mi – cuit prepared by Edouard Artzner foie gras specialists in Strasbourg.
Foie gras mi cuit has a slightly fuller flavour than the fully preserved foie gras, which some connoisseurs prefer. Overall, the taste and texture are just superb for anyone who enjoys foie gras.
If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 10 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced good quality white bread (toasted or untoasted), a few salt crystals/ fresh or dried figs or a chutney/ wine jelly of your choice.
Goose liver, salt, spices, sugar, anti-oxydant, preservative: sodium nitrite.
Store in a fridge at 0-4c. Once open store in a fridge and consume within two days.
