We have once again introduced the outstanding foie gras prestige by Mr Duck.
Serves 5 people reasonably and 4 people handsomely.
A little about this foie gras. Mr Duck prepares them with the best quality foie gras lobes (the same as the ones we stock), seasons them with a little salt, sugar, pepper and cognac, and they are then lightly cooked (mi-cuit) for a near perfect foie gras in taste and texture.
Best served cool on some finely sliced, toasted bread, with either a little salt & pepper, or a chutney of your choice.
A real treat for anyone who enjoys foie gras!
Duck liver 97%, wine cognac, salt, sugar, pepper.
