Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers and their duck foie gras are as good as you will find anywhere.
Foie gras de canard entier is best served cool, on some finely sliced and lightly toasted bread. With regards foie gras accompaniments, a sauternes wine jelly or fig chutney are the most commonly used. We feel that a sprinkling of salt and pepper also works well.
