A delicious and delicately seasoned whole duck foie gras seasoned with 5% black truffles (whole truffle slices incorporated into the foie gras) by Maison Godard in Perigord.

Awarded Silver Medal in 2019 at the French Concours Agricole (like our Great Taste Awards) in the foie gras category – quite a feat considering all the foie gras presented there!

This outstanding duck foie gras makes a luxury starter for 4 and is best enjoyed on finely sliced, lightly toasted bread or brioche together with a fig chutney or Sauternes wine jelly.
