A delicious and delicately seasoned whole duck foie gras seasoned with sweet Monbazillac wine prepared by Maison Godard in Perigord.

Awarded Gold Medal in 2019 at the French Concours Agricole (like our Great Taste Awards) in the foie gras category – quite a feat!

This outstanding duck foie gras makes a luxury starter for 4 and is best enjoyed on finely sliced, lightly toasted bread or brioche together with a fig chutney or Sauternes wine jelly.
