Duck Foie Gras “Entier” From The Landes


A delicious foie gras de canard entier (whole duck foie gras) delicately cooked and seasoned –  100% natural and preservative free – produced by Castaing in South West France.

Castaing produce outstanding foie gras and supply “La Grande Epicerie” in Paris – the French equivalent to Harrods or Fortnums – and are one of the best foie gras producers in France.

This superb foie gras is at it’s best served cool (but not cold) in fine slices on some pain d’epices together with some sauternes wine jelly.
