A new addition to our foie gras range prepared for us by the Castaing foie gras in the Landes region of South West France.

Castaing produce outstanding foie gras and supply “La Grande Epicerie” in Paris – The French equivalent to Harrods or Fortnums.

The foie gras entier (whole duck foie gras) are delicately cooked and seasoned and have a delicate and authentic taste and texture.

Delicious enjoyed on some pain d’epices together with some sauternes wine jelly.
